Services Offered

• Airport Transfers: We provide drop-off and pick-up services at all major airports in the Los Angeles area.

• Private Driver by the Hour: Our drivers are available for hire by the hour, offering personalized service for business or leisure.

• Point-to-Point Services: We offer transportation services to and from any location within our service area.

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance through our website, app, or by contacting our customer service.

• A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.

1.2 Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards.

• Additional charges may apply for extra services, tolls, parking fees, or waiting time beyond the allotted service time.

1.3 Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% charge.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged the full amount.

2. Passenger Responsibilities

2.1 Conduct

• Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner during the ride.

• Smoking, drinking alcohol, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

2.2 Luggage and Personal Items

• DT6 is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

• Passengers are responsible for ensuring their belongings are securely stored during the ride.

2.3 Seat Belts

• All passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times. Failure to do so may result in fines or penalties, for which the passenger will be responsible.

3. Limitation of Liability

• DT6 is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

• DT6 is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services.

• In the event of an accident, our liability is limited to the coverage provided by our insurance.

4. Service Interruptions

• DT6 reserves the right to cancel or modify services in case of emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or issue a refund.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• DT6 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or app. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Los Angeles County.
